Mels and his team from Wood Star did a wonderful job refinishing the red oak flooring across our house and installing new wood flooring in one room. Mels showed me multiple samples and helped me choose the perfect color for the new floors. The team was reliable, clean and very professional. The new floors have transformed the entire house and we are thrilled with the results.
Wood Star flooring did a great job refinishing the wood floors in our new home before we moved in. "Mel’s and Alex with crew were outstanding from the beginning to end of this huge project. We replaced all the floors in our house from outdated engineered wood and a lot of tile in the kitchen area, to beautiful white oak hardwood throughout the entire main floor, and upstairs loft area. The communication, quality of work and timeframe to complete the job, all surpassed our expectations. We got 2 other estimates, and theirs was right in the middle. Mels and Alex gave us great advice/feedback when selecting the wood, and other design aspects of the job. They don’t hire subcontractors and have their own crew, which is of course critical. If you need new floors, that’s pretty much all they do, and you won’t regret it. See before and after pics."
