Wood Star flooring did a great job refinishing the wood floors in our new home before we moved in. We had a very specific timeline that we needed them to adhere to, and they finished the job with time to spare. Communication was great throughout the process even when we still lived out of state, and the floors turned out exactly how we wanted them to. Pricing was also more than reasonable for the area. "Mel’s and Alex with crew were outstanding from the beginning to end of this huge project. We replaced all the floors in our house from outdated engineered wood and a lot of tile in the kitchen area, to beautiful white oak hardwood throughout the entire main floor, and upstairs loft area. The communication, quality of work and timeframe to complete the job, all surpassed our expectations. We got 2 other estimates, and theirs was right in the middle. Mels and Alex gave us great advice/feedback when selecting the wood, and other design aspects of the job. They don’t hire subcontractors and have their own crew, which is of course critical. If you need new floors, that’s pretty much all they do, and you won’t regret it. See before and after pics."
